There are not all that many father and son neurologists (the Bramwells of Edinburgh spring to mind), and I doubt if they have very often published in the same issue of a Journal. But here they have. It might have been a family plot, but Geoff Schott’s article asking all the right but uncomfortable questions about what we presently call complex regional pain syndrome was commissioned (page 145), while his son Jonathan’s "menagerie" just appeared in my email inbox one day (page 186).
