Positive “ice-on-eyes” test in Miller Fisher syndrome

    Intrigued by the recent assertion that the “ice-on-eyes” test is 100% specific for myasthenia gravis,1–3 we performed this test in a patient presenting with partial ophthalmoplegia and unilateral ptosis due to Miller Fisher syndrome.
