Contamination occurs through inhalation or accidental inoculation from animal scratches and bites. Meningitis is rare and mostly occurs in immunosuppressed patients. Here, we describe an immunocompetent person who developed chronic meningitis and discuss the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of this rare condition. ER -
