Miscellaneous
  • Hypercalcaemia, porphyria, head trauma, subdural spinal haematoma, carotid endarterectomy, neurosurgical procedures, CSF hypotension

Extra or intracranial large artery disorders
  • Cervical dissection, unruptured intracranial aneurysm, dysplasia
